CPU server use via Drawterm demonstration screenshots - OLD IMAGE VERSION
These screenshots show the old version of the /g/ image being used in the Qemu emulator as a CPU server to provide drawterm access locally. They may still be of interest to users of the current version, but confgiscript has been replaced by /usr/bootes/bin/rc/confighelper, a much improved general purpose configuration tool - and linux users can now user the gridlord tool for overall control of a local grid. We have a few new screenshots up now. The windows series of screenshots is more comprehensive - the linux screenshots focus on setting up the port redirection with iptables to allow qemu to be run as a regular user and still let CPU auth on port 567 happen as normal. These galleries illustrate many of the operations explained on the old node image page.
